Luckily only minor water damage! SERVPRO was here within minutes of being called and has this place about as dry as a desert!

Dan and his team were responsive, prompt, and courteous. His skilled team communicated well and worked diligently while they were onsite. Outstanding end result and didn't leave a speck of dust behind. It's "Like it never even happened." Purely Professional.

I just want to commend Dan and his team for doing an outstanding job on the fix in the building for us. I greatly recommend Dan to anybody that I know of and not enough words can be said for the job that he's done.

This letter is long overdue but I would remiss if I did not share that we are continuing to enjoy the wonderful work your team did in our auditorium!  Our Auditorium seats are around 20+ years old and they look so much better after the SERVPRO team came in and cleaned each of our 315 chairs.

This work was being done in July and it was incredibly hot in the auditorium and it did not phase your team - they stayed at it until every chair was finished.  I only had the opportunity to get to know one of your workers, and I recall him personally finishing the work in our auditorium - he was professional, answered each of my questions and consistently had terrific customer service skills.  Whenever, I went into the auditorium, he could be found working incredibly hard and this was being done independent of an onsite supervisor.
