Containment Aids the Drying Process

This high school had an air conditioning unit above their large gym. With as hot as North Carolina summers can get, the AC unit had overworked and began to leak, dripping gallons of water onto the gym floor. Once SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville was notified, we had technicians on site quickly to begin the drying process. Since the gym was a large open area, containment was set up around the affected area only to aid in drying. By setting up containment, it concentrates the drying equipment to the affected area, reduces the time it takes to dry, and reduces the amount of equipment needed. This gym floor was dried and back to normal in no time.
