We get plenty of calls from Property Managers whenever there is a leak in an apartment, if they suspect mold growth, or even for carpet cleanings. In this Wilson apartment building, one of the tenants had a kitchen sink leaking into the wall behind. After our SERVPRO technicians detached the sink and cabinets, they were able to see the full extent of the damage. They removed wet dry wall as well as some that had grown mold from the moisture. After the wall was fixed and cabinets were put back in place, you would never be able to tell there was any damage.
