In this picture is Mary Reneau and Robin Williams, Executive Director of Wilson Education Partnership. Since 2019, it has been tough for the students, teachers and parents everywhere. Owners of SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville Mary and Dan Reneau wanted to start the school year on a positive note. This year not only did they donate school supplies for the students, Mary Reneau also put together door prizes for five new teachers that are beginning at Wilson County Schools.

Birthday fundraiser

One of the ways that SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville likes to help the community is through our school system.  Obviously this has been a tough year for the students, teachers and parents everywhere. When we saw Robin Williams, Executive Director of Wilson Education Partnership, posted a "Birthday fundraiser" with a goal of $1000.00 we knew that was something that we wanted help with.  When the online total reached $1275.00, SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville decided to match the amount.  Happy Birthday Robin Williams and thanks for all that you do for the students and teachers of Wilson County schools!

Donation to Vick Elementary 2020

Co-owner Mary Reneau has collected more school supplies that were donated to our local Vick Elementary School. Mary loves giving back to the students and says: "It is such a great feeling helping out our kids! It truly warms my heart." Unfortunately some of our schools are very challenged financially. Just helping with basic supplies will give these children a better foundation in learning and a more positive outlook on life. I wish that we could get more businesses involved. These kids ARE our future!!"

For the Love of Dogs - Christmas 2019

This Christmas, our owners Mary and Dan Reneau got to play Santa Claus for our local dog shelter For the Love of Dogs. They generously donated 600 lbs of dog food, boxes of dog treats, and a check donation. Giving back to our four-legged friends has become a new holiday tradition that we can't wait to do again.

2019 Par Fore Paws

The 2019 Par Fore Paws Golf Tournament was held at Wedgewood Golf Course. All proceeds from the tournament go to the Wilson County Humane Society. One of our owners, Dan, played in the tournament with members of other local businesses. SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville is happy to help our four-legged friends in need.

SERVPRO Saves Santa's Sleigh

There are only 86 days left until Christmas and preparations are underway here at SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville. After numerous roof landings (some landings more smooth than others), Santa’s sleigh is in need of a tune up so it can hold everyone’s presents and make that long trip on Christmas Eve. Thanks to our friends at the Wilson Botanical Gardens for keeping the sleigh safe! And make sure to mark your calendars for the Wilson Winter Lights at the Botanical Gardens on December 5-9 and 12-16 from 6-9pm

Wilson School Supplies Donation

At SERVPRO, one of our slogans is “Here to Help”. It is meant as helping our customers with their cleanup and restoration needs. We at SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville would like to add something more to that, so…We have been busy shopping for school supplies!

With the new school year starting, we will soon be dropping off some needed supplies at our local schools because we are “Here to Help” our community by giving back!

We have just a few more things to get before we make our trip to the schools.

Our owners Dan and Mary Reneau are pictured here with Robin Williams from the Wilson Education Partnership. The gift they provided will help elementary school students have an awesome field trip to the Wilson Botanical Gardens this fall. Giving back to the community is another thing we like to do at SERVPRO of Wilson/Nashville.
